Job Brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. .
  • A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
  • The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with the accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Sourcing, managing and building relationships with vendors
  • Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relative field
  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
