Job Brief
- We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. .
- A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
- The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Sourcing, managing and building relationships with vendors
- Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relative field
- Proven experience as administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
