Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • This role ensures offering administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, carrying out activities pertaining to day‐to‐day running of theadministrative operations.
  • It involves Assisting the Head of Human Resources in the implementation of human resources, administrative and procurement functions.

Duties

  • Assist in managing the facilities, includingpremises and equipment; fixed assets inventory,and office renovations where necessary
  • Administer incoming/outgoing shipment of official items for staff members across branches
  • Administer official travel arrangements of staff members, including reservation and issuance of air travel, hotel accommodation and appropriate daily subsistence allowances
  • Ensure adherence toadministrative rules and procedures
  • Ensureofficial cars are well maintained and in good conditions at all times
  • Monitor office supply levels,reorder when appropriate
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally

Specifications

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular word & excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
