We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Chevron, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed across branches.
- Systematically filing important company/repair documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment across branches.
- Ensure the company vehicles are in good shape by ensuring they are serviced as and when due.
- Assist the HR department.
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and Senior Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of business management.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
