THS Advantage Limited – We are a medium-sized international media outfit involved in Publishing and Media Consultancy. We work in collaboration with various International Organisations, Government Agencies and Corporations and seek to further strengthen our operations in Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ an Administrative Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the company.
  • He/she will handle administrative tasks such as developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system; scheduling meetings; preparing and typing reports and other administrative / communication materials; answering telephone calls; managing inventory; maintaining company records and welcoming visitors and clients.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative / Clerical experience.
  • Full comprehension of Office Management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Power Point / Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
