We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Alliance Partnership Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and facilitates sales of HR, Tax and Mobility products and services though partners, prospect and rest of the sales team
  • Works with the Atlas direct sales team to articulate when to engage a channel or alliance partner and emphasize the value they can bring
  • Develops new strategic partnerships and alliances within the industry
  • Works to consistently to improve the Alliance experience: conduct enablement and training sessions on Atlas and Alliance Partner
  • Forecasting, planning and reporting in relation to partner and alliance deals; influences partner on funnel creation and management
  • Presents, communicates and sales effectively Atlas value proposition to partners, prospects and external sales reps
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive position.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support the sales process.

About You

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Take ownership of individual targets and contribute towards teams target attainment
  • Must also be able to travel 30% of time
  • Superior sales & people skills, ability to build trustful relationships at all levels, with key industry players, prospects, and the sales team
  • Experience working dynamically across multiple alliances while gaining access to internal stakeholders to solve challenges and prevent escalations
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business
  • Marketing experience – understanding of demand gen tactics to drive awareness and opportunities, ability to work with marketing and sales colleagues to drive on those strategies
  • Ability to motivate partner’s sales force.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
  • Proficient business acumen, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to bring in new business
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
