Innovectives facilitates digital, mobile and e-payment payment services such as Customer-to-Customer [C2C] Business-to- Business [B2B], Business-to-customer [B2C], Customer-to-Business [C2B], Business-to-Government [B2G], Government-to-Citizen [G2C] transactions across Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions
  • Problem Solve and Troubleshoot
  • Onboard New Users
  • Identify Potential Issues
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL
  • Experience managing enterprise wide Linux and Microsoft server environments both on cloud and on-premise.
  • Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
  • Exceptional ability to provide front end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
