Producing 2D and 3D architectural and interior designs that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations
Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of a project
Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
Develop and present project proposals.
Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Conduct research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.

You are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMAX Software.
You have worked in a consulting architectural firm.
You have both design and site work experience.
You are registered with ARCOM and licensed as an architect.
You possess Bachelors’ and Masters’ degree in Architecture
You have a minimum of 5years post NYSC experience.
You have great attention to detail and an ability to work independently with limited guidance.
You understand the importance of effective communication and influencing skills within teams, vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
You have a track record of working to tight timelines in a challenging environment.
You are passionate about solving problems and taking the initiative to improve the status quo.
