Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description

• Ensure the proper capturing of invoices after due authorization and confirmation of items.
• Carrying out accounts reconciliation
• Liaise with the Senior Accountant on the invoices posted for the purpose of his review to ensure that the items are properly captured.
• Relate with the stock keeper from time to time to get information on workshop items that were received and other information that enables the proper capturing of invoices.
• Suggest and recommend any necessary solutions to issues arising from authorized invoices.
• Update the account department with respect to unregistered items and also items that are moved from one location to another, so that necessary update can be done on the software.
• Capture the daily fuel consumption of each of the company’s vehicle
• Update the I.T department of the daily fuel consumption of all Trucks.
• Participate during Workshop physical stock count
• Carrying out other duties that may be assigned perioducally

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university;
• Minimum of Six (6) years’ experience as an Accountant;
• Must have at least three (3) years’ work-experience in handling automobile spare parts as an accountant;
• Knowledge of any Accounting software will be an added added Advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.
