Job Title: B2B, B2C Lead – Sales Support

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking out for a female candidate to join our growing company, candidate with two – three years of experience in sales B2B and B2C sales with an engineering, electrical engineering or civil engineering background.
  • The role of a B2B, B2C Lead – Sales Support preferably in the field of Electric/Civil Engineering within Alcatraz is to provide assistance and maintenance to all equipment’s and hardware’s on clients site.

Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Collaborate with prospective clients to understand requirements and provide sales support to close business.
  • Secure and renew maintenance contractsorders and arrange deliveries.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs and Requirements
  • Evaluate customer support issues as well as maintain top level positive perception by customers pertinent to organization support structure.
  • Provide necessary suggestions on proactive basis to steadily assist positive interpretation.
  • Prepare technical samples, designs along with proposals and presentations to capture new business.
  • Prepare complex reports and documents to provide supportive technical data retorts to customer requests and Alcatraz Technologies.
  • Manage entire communications with client technical departments regularly as requested by customer and company.
  • Maintain customer assistance reference guidelines for client contact as well as support information.
  • Manage and create new client database
  • Create and manage maintenance contract files.
  • Review quarterly with all allotted customers to revise service levels as well as open issues.
  • Provide clients with status of entire open requests for service improvements and changes.
