Beydoun gets shutout in debut, Badgers beat Notre Dame 2-0

Robbie Beydoun recorded a shutout in his Badger debut and the Wisconsin men’s hockey team opened the season with a 2-0 victory over Notre Dame.

Linus Weissbach scored and added an assist to lead the Badger offense. The senior tallied a goal with 3:30 left in the first period to get the scoring started in the 2020-21 college hockey season.

Dylan Holloway added a power play goal in the second frame.

Beydoun ended the night with 25 saves.
