Job Title: BO Wireless Ericsson Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
L2:

Routine network analysis, including Best/worst/sleeping cell analysis, resolution and tracking; VSWR tracking;
Service provisioning;
Manage BSC in region and L2 Operations support
Change management and support operations, such as migration, and expansion;
Routine maintenance task, such as license check and distribution.
Customer engagement;
Spares management;
Project support;
ATP.

L3:

Network redundancy management;
Network redesign;
Capacity provisioning and expansion;
CR MOP design and review;
L3 fault management;
Quality assurance;
Support project re-homming and configuration

Skills Set

RAN E// Product > L2/L3

Experience:

Highly experienced in network products
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
Relevant training or Certifications in a related field is an added advantage
Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
