Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all branch operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision
- They come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels in order to achieve the branch’s financial targets
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.
