Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for the branch and assets at the branch including sales, collection, after-sales service, distribution & expansion.
  • Manage and control branch running & operational cost daily.
  • Identify and manage all promotions based on a Budget set with Management.
  • Drive the Branch Team focusing on quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring constant Achievement of monthly sales , Promotional and collections targets for the Branch in Port Harcourt.
  • Managing the existing customer base and maintaining a standard of service delivery.
  • Identifying and winning new customers with a focus on corporates and fleet accounts.
  • Credit management of customers within stipulated credit period, regular monitoring and follow up on customer receivables.

Channel Management:

  • Handling Corporates, Industrial, and fleet service accounts.
  • Dealer development & Stock management.
  • Management of stocks within stipulated inventory norms.

Requirements
Candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 6 – 10 years experience in the Auto (e.g Tyre Industry) with Retail Background Experience.
  • Good exposure in sales and service of all tyre categories – TBR, LTR, OTR, Farm and Industrial, etc.
  • Go-getter with a can-do attitude with self-initiative and strategy execution for the company
  • Good communication and fluency in English
  • Prolific in computers especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum qualification, a Graduate with an MBA or LBS Certified Manager would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable of the local territories in Port Harcourt.

Salary
N600,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly.
