Job Title: Brand Manager (Real Estate Firm)

Location: Lagos

Summary of the Job

A creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager who will deliver best-in-class marketing via owned and earned channels in the real estate industry.

This person will use consumer and business insights to identify opportunities for new strategic initiatives and campaign optimizations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful results.

Job Description

Support strategic brand planning and program development.

Develop marketing strategy and initiate new ideas to boost the Company’s sales

Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

Source for viable clients both online and offline and consistently increasing the conversion rate

Perform competitive analysis and market research that informs marketing strategy.

Consistently track, review, and analyze campaign performance to report insights and opportunities for improvement.

Align content and creativity across channels, including social handles, email, SMS, influencers, etc.

Achieves full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documents, negotiating lease agreements, and enforcing lease terms

Promote property through marketing initiatives and maintaining social media presence at property and at a corporate level

Update knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles

Maintain accurate information on the company’s website and designing promotional web landing pages to track the effectiveness of other marketing initiatives

Provide guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks and project deliverables

Drafts press releases, representing the company to media outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses

Manages overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, and advertising and marketing promotional events.

Identify and follow up on prospective clients within a defined area and/or target reach

Book prospects meetings with clients to identify and progress business opportunities

Open new relationships with genuine potentials to develop into a profitable long-term client

Develop consumer brand activations.

Qualifications

HND / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing / Communications or any related discipline. MBA would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and Branding with a minimum of one year experience in a real estate firm.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.

Experienced in managing a brand’s social media handles, Copyright.

Knowledge in web standards, best practices.

Ability to Work within WordPress to create new home listings and manage existing website content.

Ability to work on several projects concurrently.

Organized with excellent presentation and communication skills.
