Brewers starter Brandon Woodruff pitched two innings and did not give up any runs despite allowing five hits.

Dylan Cozens knocked a solo shot in the fifth, then Jace Peterson hit a three-run triple and Billy McKinney smacked a two-run home run in the sixth inning to make it 8-0.
Milwaukee reliever Eric Yardley threw a scoreless frame in the fourth inning followed by J.P. Feyereisen striking out two in a scoreless fifth inning.
The Brewers are back in action on Saturday at 2:05 p.m. for a road game against the Kansas City Royals. The game will air on FOX Sports Wisconsin.
