Bucks sign Bobby Portis, Bryn Forbes and Torrey Craig
The Milwaukee Bucks have added to their roster with the signings of Torrey Craig, Bryn Forbes and Bobby Portis.
“We’ve bolstered the depth of our roster with the additions of Torrey, Bryn and Bobby,” Bucks General Manager Jon Horst said in a release. “Together they bring toughness, shooting and playoff experience to our team. We look forward to their continued development playing in Coach Bud’s system.”

Craig, a 29-year-old 6-foot-7 forward, spent the last three seasons with the Denver Nuggets after starting his professional basketball career in Australia’s National Basketball League. In 58 regular-season games with the Nuggets last year, Craig averaged 5.4 points and 3.3 rebounds in 18.5 minutes per game. He averaged 5.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per contest in 33 playoff games.
Forbes, 27, spent his first four NBA seasons with the San Antonio Spurs after going undrafted out of Michigan State in 2016. In his last two seasons in San Antonio, Forbes shot 44.0% from the field, 40.8% from deep and 85.7% from the free-throw line. He averaged 11.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in that span.
The 6-2 MSU product has played in 17 playoff games with the Spurs and averaged 10.7 points per game while shooting 48.4% from long range.
Portis, a 6-10 forward from the University of Arkansas, spent last season with the New York Knicks and averaged 10.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while shooting 45% from the floor and 35.8% from beyond the arc. He was originally selected in the first round of the 2015 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls.
