Burnes whiffs nine, Brewers mash Reds 7-1 in seven innings
Making his last outing of spring training, Milwaukee right-hander Corbin Burnes allowed one run on three hits in five innings of work to help the Brewers defeat Cincinnati 7-1 on Sunday.

Burnes fanned nine Reds batters and allowed a solo shot by Tyler Naquin in the fifth inning.
The Brewers attacked Cincinnati early, bringing four runs across in the first inning via a three-run homer by Avisail Garcia and an RBI single by Orlando Arcia.
Milwaukee led 6-0 after outfielder Christian Yelich brought home Jackie Bradley Jr. on a triple in the second.
Infielders Travis Shaw and Kolten Wong notched two hits apiece in the victory.
Left-hander Brent Suter came in relief for Burnes and finished the game with two innings of scoreless ball.
Milwaukee has two games left on its spring training schedule before opening day April 1 against the Minnesota Twins.
