Location: Lagos
Job Description
- An experienced Business Development Manager is urgently needed in our firm.
Basic Duties
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationship with new and existing Clients
- An In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposal, and increasing client base.
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Identifying and mapping business strength and customer needs.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Reporting on success and areas needing improvements.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally etc.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business Development, Economics or Marketing or other related field.
- Candidates should have 3 years+ working experience.
Required Skills:
- High-level communication skill
- Stakeholder Management skill
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
