Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for the Business Development department.
  • Coordinate the process of assigned BDOs.
  • Maintain various reports regarding database of tenders, pre-qualifications and competitors in the marketplace
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Stay informed of business environments and industry trends, providing the company with feasibility studies, market intelligence and business analysis.
  • Assist in the collation of market intelligence and industry reports
  • Assist in developing a marketing strategy towards achieving business objectives.
  • Identify prospective clients and opportunities in the marketplace through various sources and create lead for BDOs
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Oversee, day-to-day, the schedule of assigned BDOs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing experience (related industry experience preferred).
  • Candidate must be an outgoing person.
  • A good team leader.
