Sterling Homes Limited is a real estate development and management firm incorporated and registered as a limited liability company in Nigeria. It commenced business shortly after incorporation and has its office at Plot 2 , River Valley Estate, Ojodu Berger, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive and Team Lead

Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements
The ideal candidate is:

• A degree holder
• A team player
• Has excellent networking skill
• Has at least one year’s history in sales, marketing and business development
• Social media and tech savvy
• Can follow through with ideas and strategies
• Works well under pressure
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Self motivated
• Strong communication skill
• Proficient in the use of Ms Office Suite

Remuneration

• Executives: N50,000 & 15% commission
• Team Lead: N100,000 – 150,000 & 15% commission
