We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Meet Sales Goals
- Anticipate market needs and inform the organization of market changes to keep ahead of the curve.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management’s review
Critical Skill Requirements
- Expert in time management
- Possess organized work ethic
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- The candidate should possess relevant qualifications and experience.
