Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Reports to: National Business Manager
Job Description
- Your Job is to deal with customers, acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and exhibitions
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Increasing the values of new customers while attracting new ones
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Every other duties as assigned by managementа
Qualification
- First degree or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience
Skills:
- Socially dept
- Good with numbers
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization
Key Performance Indicators:
- Generate income from direct sales
- Provide courteous and friendly service
- Provide 500 customers details in 6 months.
- Provide customer loyalty programs
- Ensure assigned stock is complete
- Level of personal improvement achieved.
- Exceptions raised on Customer service delivery and Store presentation.а
Remuneration
N80,000 net monthly plus commission on sales
