Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with existing client and new client.
- Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
- Engage and inform business owners in meaningful financial investment opportunities
- Increase firm growth in loans and Investment sales.
- Create new leads pipeline and follow through.
- Plan, implement and leads field sales.
- Establish relationship with existing client and new client.
- Develops business relationships directly and through referral base
- Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
- Track complaints from the Firm’s clients to resolution.
- Participate in matter to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction
- Prospecting, making calls and following up.
- Secure customer application from start to finish.
- Improve sales presentation and knowledge of products, services and rates.
- Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and business development program to increase awareness.
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Engage and inform business owners in meaningful financial investment opportunities.
- Meet and increase financial sales target by 10%
- Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of well-diversified leads
- Create new leads pipeline and follow through.
- Develop presentations, write proposals and sales contacts
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
- Increase firm growth in loans and Investment sales.
- Monitor collection of loan
- Provide advice to client on investment opportunities.
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
- Plan, implement and leads field sales.
- Acquire new customers by conducting door-to-door canvas, appointment.
- Contact customers and follow-up on fund utilization.
Requirements
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing and other related field.
- Must have 7 years cognate experience in business development in Loan and Investment.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Relevant experience in sales and track record of achieving sales, financial targets
- Self-Assured, Confident and Assertive
- Ability to speak local dialect
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Follow-through skills
- Effective listening skills
- Customer Relationship Management
- Negotiation and Persuasion skills
- Continuous Learning & Improvement.
