Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team, find new business and close deals with IOCs and marginal operators
- The role will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, which will involve:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish (cold call to close)
- Find new business opportunities with companies we are currently not doing business with.
- Research companies and the industry to understand the relevant solutions that our company can participate in.
- Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to C-level executives, building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, and negotiating complex agreements.
- Networking and going to relevant industry events.
Essential Criterias
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 3 years of oil and gas industry experience.
- Track record of consistent performance and ability to work towards monetary targets
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to chase down deals
- Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close)
- Ability to work under pressure with a diligent and consistent work ethic.
- An outgoing personality, determined attitude, good listening skills and a drive to be the best
- Must be PC literate, able to write professional, business emails and compelling proposals using MS Word
- Ability to create tailored PowerPoint presentations
- Must be based in Lagos or Port Harcourt, Nigeria

- Must also be a self-starter and able to manage themselves.
Salary / Perks
- N150,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
- Travel allowance and commission based on performance.
