We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop rapport with new clients whilst actively trying to gain new business opportunities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships to grow the business
- Maintain relationships with current clients and assist with any issues that may arise
- Work with senior management, marketing and operations staff
- Work with team members to ensure that prerequisites and pre-qualifications for getting on a vendor’s list are fulfilled within a timely manner
- Enhance the company’s performance through conversion of leads
- Increase contact with key accounts and other critical decision makers at various client organizations and concentrate on expansion for the business
- Contribute to negotiations with customers including preparations of tenders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- M.Sc. in a science related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience within a Business Development function.
