Business Development Manager at IDMANN Institute

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
At least 10 years work experience.
Demonstrable ability to set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
Ability to carry out research, plan and implement new target market initiatives.
Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Training business development staff.
Attending conferences and industry events.
Good knowledge of content management system (CMS).
Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
Must be a self-motivated person.
