Job Title: Business Development Manager (Partnership)

The Position

  • As a Business Development Manager – Partnership, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for Renmoney. You will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through cold calls, emails and client visits.
  • Specifically build business relationships for point of sales lending and employee lending.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.

Requirements
Required:

  • B.Sc degree in any field.
  • 5 – 8 years business development or B2B sales experience.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in financial services sector
