Job Brief

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expandour clientele and create brand awareness. You will be the front of the company and will havethe dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
• The key responsibility is to grow our B2C customer base and improve engagement and patronage with existing clients.
• The goal is to drivesustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Create awareness about company’s brand
• Identify and target B2C prospects that can improve sales and conversion.
• Identify clusters to prospect sales promotion
• Generate leads
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop awareness strategy
• Work with our social media team to improve customer awareness and engagement

Requirements

• Proven workingexperience as a business development, sales executive, brand awareness or a relevant role
• Social media awareness generation skill
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiationskills and ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc / BA in business administration, salesor relevant field

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 / Month.
