Job Title: Call Centre Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Oversee the daily activities of the call center & daily report compilation
- DWR checking on hourly basis
- Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
- Job status report sharing to all the coordinators on daily basis
- Follow up on technicians on closure status
- Capturing Customer Feedback Forms
- CRM Operation updating
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in call center management with Appliances Background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
