Job Title: Call Centre Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee the daily activities of the call center & daily report compilation
  • DWR checking on hourly basis
  • Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required
  • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
  • Job status report sharing to all the coordinators on daily basis
  • Follow up on technicians on closure status
  • Capturing Customer Feedback Forms
  • CRM Operation updating
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in call center management with Appliances Background
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
