Cardinals, Goldschmidt reportedly agree to 5-year, $130 million extension
Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt is here to stay, it appears.
The six-time All-Star and four-time Gold Glover reportedly agreed to a five-year extension with the team worth $130 million. The deal, according to reports, includes no opt-outs and a full no-trade clause, making it even more likely the would-be free agent should be with the team until the deal expires.
