We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new resellers in Nigeria. You will manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • The role is responsible for maximizing reseller’s coverage. You will also coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Managing all OEMs of the IoT devices, the Sigfox Network and Technical engineers to successfully build and launch all their new product features by providing clear goals and driving the incremental value that can be delivered to our internal customers and resellers.
  • Nurturing the feedback loop between my product teams and end-users/resellers and in turn setting product requirements as an outcome of deep understanding of end-users/reseller’s needs.
  • Evaluate resellers’ sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously challenging the roadmaps of products in my portfolio to ensure that everything planned continues to create value for the business and our end users, based on sound user research.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Channel Sales Management experience required.
  • Proven experience at C-level engagement.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience working in the IoT space a definitive plus, especially experience with wireless technologies
  • Experience selling into the retail vertical is a plus
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts
  • Ability to develop comprehensive reseller growth strategies
  • Ability to train, motivate, and foster relationships with channel partners
