Chief Financial Officer / Head of Finance at a Group of Companies – Lagos & Oyo

We are a Group of Companies with several diversified products within the Hospitality, Real Estate, Commodities and Solid Minerals industry.

We require professionals in our Lagos and Ibadan offices, to fill the position below:

Locations: Lagos & Ibadan-Oyo

In charge of an organization’s finances.
Primarily responsibility for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
Preparing financial statements and business activity reports;
Assessing financial details to ensure regulations are met.
Assist management in making financial decisions, and Supervising employees who work with budgets and financial reports.
Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
Conducting risk management, approving or rejecting budgets, forecasting financial results, and assessing risks in financial transactions.
Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
Ensuring the company is as profitable as possible.
Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested.

Experience of a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the financial or business environment with relevant professional qualifications. ACA, ICAN is a must.
