Job Title: Client Liaison Officer
Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Job Summary
- Delivering supportive service to Client’s pathways throughout the client’s time at the Funeral Home
Description
As a Client Liaison Officer your duties will be:
- Deliver a consistent client-centered, caring, and professional reception and administrative service.
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
- Prepare and complete client’s documents
- Generating sales or sales report for clients and senior management.
- Ensure confidentiality in accordance with the company policies and procedure.
Requirements
- Ability to act on customer feedback and provide meaningful solutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant software.
- Ability to compile and present reports to management.
- Confidentiality and ability to deal with clients.
Benefits
Salary: N45,000.00 – N65,000.00 monthly (Depending on Experience)
