We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Relations Manager

Location: Dopemu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Contribute to the attainment of the company’s Income targets
Manage day-to-day relationships with leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs
Prepare and make effective service presentations to leads
Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports and presentations that will win the company contracts in ongoing and upcoming projects
Support in the bidding process and ensure that most bids are won
Interface with industry regulators relevant to business development and provide regular business development reports
Demonstrate consistent business development with target-driven achievements
Any other business development functions as may be directed by the management

Specifications

B.Sc / BA in business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience as a Client Relations Officer in the engineering services sector
Proven record of accomplishment in business development activities
Strong presentation, communication skills with a good understanding of the business-to-business environment and excellent business acumen
A good ear-to-the-ground knowledge of upcoming and ongoing projects relative to the company’s business focus
Any professional certification in CRM is desirable
Excellent organization skills to meet goals and set priorities.
