We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary

Function of the Role
- The Client Service Executive is the first responder to walk-in customers at our physical location and online via our social media applications, telephone and email.
- She helps purchasers find what they require and provides solutions to all their product and service inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Master and use the outlined sales process to convert leads into sales.
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients into the store and those who make inquiries online too.
- Assist shoppers in making a decision by providing them with helpful product information.
- Document, process, and package sales for dispatch.
- Liaise with dispatch riders and delivery firms to ensure clients receive their orders.
- Work according to company guidelines and sales processes to meet set sales targets
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A female not more than 35years of age.
- HND or BSc in any related discipline preferably marketing, business and finance
- Resides in the Oshodi, Isolo, Surulere, Amuwo-odofin axis and environs.
Experience:
- Has aminimum of one year online sales and client service experience.
- 1-3 year experience in direct sales
- Jewelry related product sales & service experience is an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent selling ability
- Very comfortable with using social media applications such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
- Basic computer skills i.e. very comfortable with MS word and internet explorer
- Ability to write and speak accurately without making grammatical and spelling errors
- Relational dexterity and ability to manage in-sales communication and negotiations.
- Openness to receiving and giving feedback.

Work Conditions:
