Job Title: Commercial Agricultural Officer
Job Descriptions
- To generate new leads and sell farm produces to existing and prospective customers
- To establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- To determine procedural changes in drying, grading, storage, and shipment for greater efficiency and accuracy
- To ensure proper maintenance and repair of farm storage facilities and equipment
- To ensure farm products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
- Recommend relevant improvements in the agri-business enterprises that would enable the company to realize better returns on its investments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualification/Experience
- Degree in Agricultural Science / Food Technology from a reputable institution.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in agricultural activities
- Must have the knowledge of agribusiness sector in Nigeria
- Demonstrated track record of business development success agribusiness
