Job Description
- As a office Manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible.
- You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.
Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s goal for a wide company customer service policy.
- Responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Services Unit.
- Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Services Unit.
- Introduction and improvement of possibilities to measure customer satisfaction
- Derivation of ways to improve the level of satisfaction
- Ensures that orders or transactions are correctly processed and to answer questions or resolve junior staff complaints
- Discussion with board of trustee to agree on possible improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 0-5 years work experience.
