AGC Limited – The company is duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company was organised principally to achieve the following purpose: Engaging in the recruitment and training of personnel; To ensure maximum client satisfaction by recruiting and providing suitable personnel for employment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Secretary

Location: Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good relations with due authority
  • Apply, maintain, or renew the financial or other financial institution license
  • Assist the principal of the department to provide professional support for the company’s investment project, procurement and other major business activities
  • Assist the principal of the department in handling various lawsuits, complaints, disputes, etc.
  • Complete other work content assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • Legal or Financial major, with at least three (3) years working experience in Microfinance banks, or a loan company
  • Not less than 8 years work experience in total.
  • Experience in application, maintenance, or acquisition of banking or financial institution licenses is a compulsory condition.
  • Strong relationship with due authority will be a priority.
  • Stable, tough, calm, cautious and attentive characteristic with teamwork spirit
  • Have good language skills and legal written writing skills
  • Fluency in English, Chinese language will be an advantage.
