Job Summary

  • An ideal person for this role will be a seasoned creative writer.
  • A charmer with words and understands how to convey the message appropriately to the desired audience and finesse it to hit a positive emotion.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.

Responsibilities

  • 360 (visual, audio, written) Content Marketing and Strategy
  • Create and disseminate content for blog, social media, website (i.e. drafting, formatting or editing content for each platform) to enhance visibility.
  • Support the team in implementing overall communications and marketing plans
  • Content marketing – generate, edit, publish and share regular content i.e. blog posts, case studies, white papers & guides, videos, infographics, brochures, sales enablement material.
  • Work with the team to refine social media strategies and best practices
  • Familiarize yourself with each clients’ brand ideals and marketing goals to create content that supports their objectives and desired identity
  • Create and distribute copywriting materials to advertise our company and clients products and services.
  • Create and manage social media and editorial content calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content.
  • Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of content campaigns.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution and automation of our link building, content distribution, and general on-page and off-page SEO efforts.
  • Email campaigns and newsletters
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content to grow traffic to the website.
  • Identify clients’ needs and recommend new topics and content strategies.
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Monitor KPIs and track progress of content across assigned digital campaigns.
  • Support digital campaign planning and execution for faster delivery
  • Contribute to the creation of our integrated digital strategy
  • Research and recommend digital Innovation opportunities and stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies.
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
  • Resolve and brainstorm on various issues as they arise.
  • Continuously research and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies within the marketing team to accommodate our rapid growth.
