So, we need a ‘super-hero’ Corps member’ who is bold, confident and fantastic at building relationships.

Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research, outreach and partner with organisations and individuals to provide Kwaba as a service.
Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
Set up and oversee our consumer lending team.
Manage the entire Kwaba sales cycle from start to finish
Hitting agreed sales KPIs
Generate and develope a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional Kwaba products & services
Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM
