Job Title: Country Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will help to grow our local team of high performing individuals across a variety of functions including marketing, business development, investment and payment.
• As a highly-matrix organization, you will influence and coordinate with teammates across multiple functions and reporting lines cross geographically within company.
• Lead, coach and develop a multifunctional team responsible for growing our local business
• Define go-to-market strategy and connect with the right partners in the community that will help accomplish each tactical goal such as user growth, employer branding and awareness
• Develop and implement the strategy to accelerate company’s business in each country • Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and objectives
• Ensure adherence to corporate standard working procedures
• Implement and ensure good internal control measures
• Adopt effective costs control and adhere to budgets
• Support on finance, accounting and human resources functions
• Formulate a national strategic planning and action plans according to the company’s strategic planning and objectives • Manage national team organization management, including personnel management, organization building, organizational culture management, and organizational health
• Responsible for the achievement of national performance indicators, including the achievement of KPIs such as revenue, profit, and payment
• Responsible for national product capacity building and product delivery, operation KPI management and key project management.

Requirements

• College Degree or above, more than 2 years experience in Internet, finance or related industry is preferred;
• Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Have blockchain project network resources or blockchain industry experience is preferred;
• Understand business etiquette, cheerful personality, good image and temperament, good communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, active,enthusiastic, responsible, with ability to work under pressure.
