StarBox Technologies is a leading creative design and technology company based in Abuja, Nigeria. We are recruiting a Robotics Engineer Graduate Intern for our Robotics & AI Team.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Abuja (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-time

Summary

• We are seeking a highly Creative Graphic Designer who will embody our design aesthetic and culture. A good fit for this role is an individual who is excited about solving problems through intuitive and user-focused design. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and producing visual content across social media marketing channels and websites.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for weekly updates that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach.
• Liaise closely with content managers to deliver daily/weekly engaging and consistent content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn e.t.c.), web, email and display advertising channels.
• Work closely with clients and content managers to design visually compelling assets and content as needed.
• Work closely with other designers on larger projects, demonstrating key teamwork competencies.

• Must have a capable laptop and good access to fast internet.
• You will also be bachelor degree-educated and will have completed your youth service.
• You will be required to spend a minimum of 20 hrs per week carrying out this part-time role, we are flexible with the days and times you’ll be working. There will be a 3-month probation period for the role after which the position could become permanent for the right candidate.

Technical Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Canva or willingness to learn.
• Competent with G-suite and Microsoft Office, especially Google Docs.
• Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X would be a bonus.

What to Expect from Us

• We’ll pay between ₦30,000 – ₦60,000 monthly depending on your experience, you can expect your pay to go up as you take up more projects.
