Job Title: Customer Care Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- As a customer care agent, you are the face of the business. You will be the first point of contact to customers with inquiries and placing bets on their behalf over the phone and online.
- You are expected to provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and web chat.
Requirement / Qualification
- A B.Sc. or HND in any field from a recognised institution.
- 1 – 3 years’ work experience in a reputable organisation / contact centre or a sports betting company will be an added advantage
- Good numerical Skills.
- Applicant must be ICT proficient and be able to use a CRM software Passionate about sports
- Exceptional phone manners and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- A team player
- Must be prepared to work during weekends.
