Customer Care Representative (Night Shift) at Capital Luxury

Capital Luxury is a holding company with many subsidiaries into Real Estate, Automobiles, Logistics, Transit and Hospitality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Description

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Accurately record and update customer information on call, across necessary internal platforms or applications.
Make accurate bookings for customers.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years of work experience
Candidate must be fluent in English.
Must be willing and available to work the night shift
Candidate must be a Computer literate who is able to handle basic Microsoft packages
Candidates must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
Candidate must have good analytic skills
Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision..
