Job Title: Customer Care Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Responding promptly to customers inquiries
Communicating with customer through various channel
Communicating and cordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
Managing a team of Junior customer service representative.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining a positive ,empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
Processing orders,forms ,applications on request.
