We have gone great lengths to handpick every single product that we stock; each product is checked for finish, fit and feel before included into our inventory. Our products include T-Shirts, Hoodies, Baby Clothing and we are always looking to expand our offering.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Schedule appointment, meetings and reservations as needed.
- Receive all deliveries, correspondence/email handling and documentation.
- Process bill payment, manage office expenses and retire accordingly.
- Managing inventory, ensuring a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
Customer Service and Experience:
- Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely – Partners, Online and Offline Customers.
- Process all online and offline orders, channel to appropriate personnel for production and distribution.
- Resolve sales problems, receive feedback from customers, partners – identify and select solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent.
- Utilize different tools/survey to ascertain customer satisfaction rate.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- A First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics or any related field of study
- 2 years work experience in RETAIL – administrative roles, customer services and support
- Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheet applications
- Good team player with proven administrative support experience at a proactive, “can do” attitude. Willingness to be flexible and to adapt to new demands in a fast-moving environment
- Should have very good interpersonal skills, be result-oriented and customer-centric
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Finally, should have the ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member, including the ability to establish work priorities, and meet determined deadlines and commitments.
