Job Title: Customer Service / Digital Marketer
Location: Nyanya, Abuja (FCT)

Reponsibilities
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Document reporting or call history in the required format and maintain complete and accurate records
- Contact the client to resolve matters related to their orders
- Report client concerns using established protocols
- Understands the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured
- Escalates issues as appropriate using established protocols
- Administer customer surveys to access customer satisfaction
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional, personal customer support.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to walk-in customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
- Prepare weekly report.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
