We are recruiting for a vibrant, smart and friendly person to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Lagos
Duties
- Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats
- Creating invoices on our system
- Following up with customers’ cake deliveries
- Following up with delivery drivers to ensure cakes are delivered timely.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- Very fluent in English
- Basic use of computers must type fast
- Have basic knowledge of apps like Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook.
Salary
- Minimum of N50,000.
- Can be higher for more experienced applicants.
