Due to business expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Portuguese Speaking)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive and attend to customers
- Track orders and delivery
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Maintain records and reports.
- Communicate customer requests and complaints to management.
Qualifications
- Should possess a minimum of a First Degree
- Must Speak and write Portuguese
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese language to carry out customer service functions.
- Proficiency in English compulsory
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
