Job Description

• We require the services of customer service representative to manage queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with parents through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
